Enrollment and Acceptance By enrolling in any Accelerated IFR Training program (the “Program”), the student (“Student”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Enrollment is confirmed only upon full execution of this agreement and acceptance by Accelerated IFR Training.

Payment Terms All fees for Accelerated IFR Training are due as specified in the invoice. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of training unless a formal financing arrangement has been approved in writing. 

Non-Refundable Payments All payments made to Accelerated IFR Training are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Voluntary withdrawal by the Student
• Failure to complete any program 
• Suspension, expulsion, or dismissal
• Changes in personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts

Cancellation and Rescheduling Penalties and additional training needed

• Students may request to reschedule a flight or ground session with at least 72 hours’ notice. Accelerated IFR Training reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for late notices or missed sessions.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in a forfeiture of that session’s fee.
• The Student agrees to pay any additional charges incurred due to late cancellations or missed sessions. The Student agrees to pay separately any additional training not included in the Program at the standard hourly rates. 
• In the event of cancellation related to a financing arrangement that has been approved in writing, the Student will be charged a $2500 cancellation fee, with the remainder of the funds refunded to the Student.

No Transfer of Funds Unused funds cannot be transferred to other services or refunded unless a formal financing arrangement has been approved in writing. All payments are considered earned upon receipt and are non-refundable.

Termination of Training

• IFR Training reserves the right to terminate a Student’s enrollment at its sole discretion for failure to comply with policies, unsafe conduct, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the Program.
• Termination does not entitle the Student to any refund or credit. The company, at its sole discretion may determine alone or in concert with their financing partners to issue a particular refund or credit in accordance with the terms set forth in financing agreements that have been established to fund the student’s financing of their flight training. 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
• The Student agrees to waive any right to a class action or collective action in connection with claims against Accelerated IFR Training.

Miscellaneous

• IFR Training may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to new enrollments and continuing students from the date of posting.
• If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Pilots with previously completed licenses, ratings, and flight hours will receive credit as a part of the school package at the time of enrollment only.
• Cannot combine packages once enrolled.
• Books/materials, exam fees, housing, ground school, CBT training (if required), drug screening (if required), TSA clearance (if required), medical certification, and pilot uniform (if required) are not included.
• School reserves the right to train any two licensed pilots in any airplane for any reason.
• School has the option to change student’s aircraft make or model in order to meet flight training needs. In such cases, the student will not be charged more.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance:

By submitting an application for enrollment, I, the Student, acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the above Terms and Conditions of Accelerated IFR Training Flight School.
