This leadership role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract diverse and qualified candidates for our aviation training programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards. Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, French, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, and English, are highly valued to enhance outreach efforts across diverse communities. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive student recruitment strategies aligned with program goals and industry trends.
- Lead outreach efforts through public speaking engagements, community events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Manage a team responsible for marketing, communications, and applicant screening processes.
- Analyze data related to recruitment campaigns to optimize outreach effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with aircraft maintenance, logistics, and aviation departments to ensure program compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) standards when applicable.
- Oversee the organization of informational sessions, campus visits, and informational webinars targeting prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, aviation industry developments, GIS applications, and logistics to support recruitment messaging.
- Foster relationships with military organizations and other entities to attract candidates with military or DoD experience interested in aviation careers.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in an educational or aviation setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mechanical knowledge related to aircraft maintenance is preferred.
- Multilingual proficiency in French, Chinese, Hindi, or other languages is highly desirable; fluency in English is required.
- Data analysis skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and improve strategies effectively.
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), aviation industry standards, and aircraft maintenance procedures.
- Excellent public speaking skills for engaging diverse audiences at events and informational sessions.
- Experience with logistics management and GIS applications relevant to program outreach efforts.
- Background in customer service or community engagement roles within military or civilian sectors preferred; DoD experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and build strategic partnerships across various organizations.
